Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO) Heaters
We can make waste vegetable oil heaters for just about any application. Anywhere from 100 watt inline fuel heaters for straight vegetable oil (svo) automotive application to 600 watt + multi-stage heaters for off grid applications (such as this one shown below for heating of wvo for centrifuge processing). All heaters are thoroughly insulated using high temperature glass "wool" and wrapped with high temperature aluminum tape to provide the maximum efficiency and safety.

  Other Custom Components: Below is a custom temperature controller that provides 120 v to the outlet when the desired temperature of WVO is reached. The WVO flows through the tube shown in my hand, and when the temperature switch attached to the tube detects the temperature is reached, 120 V power is turned on to the outlets, controlling pumps and a centrifuge.  |
